Are Seedsquatch soaps really free of SLS, parabens, and synthetic fragrance?

Yes. Every bar. Every time. We list every ingredient so you can verify.

What if I receive a damaged or defective bar?

Quality is guaranteed. If there's a visible defect or print error, we'll replace or refund it. Contact us.

Do you accept returns?

Because our bars are made to order, we can't accept returns for general reasons. But we do guarantee quality — if something's wrong, reach out.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually shipped out in 1 to 3 days and usually arrive within a week 

Can I get free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on orders over $100 for everyone — applied automatically at checkout.

Are your soaps vegan?

All of our bars use free-range lard and are not vegan..We are however in the process of creating a vegan line of Seedsquatch Soaps to be available soon. 

How should I store my soap?

Keep it dry between uses. A soap dish that drains well extends bar life significantly.
